Watch out for mosquitoes! The Greater bladder-wort Utricularia vulgaris has active mousetraps, which are triggered to open and suck in prey, such as mostuito larva and other miniscule aquatic animals. The young Albino bullfrog Rana castesbeiana soon hunts much larger prey than mosquitoes. Both species are native to the North American East coast.
